Job Description

Customer Service is key

 

As an Intake Coordinator at Ohioans Home Healthcare you will play a critical role in our mission as you will interact on the phone with patients and their families as well as hospital staff to promote continuity of care for our patients.  This position also is a key proponent in helping to build a strong rapport with community referral sources.

Strong communication and good customer relation skills are required as well as being able to multi-task. This position requires to be on the phone a majority of the day therefore excellent phone etiquette is a must.  Health care background is preferred.

Currently we are hiring for a full time position at our Perrysburg Office.

Job Requirements

We are looking for candidates with: 

  • The ability to work 12 hour shifts from 8a-8p on a Panama schedule
  • A high school diploma or GED; MA or medical background is a plus
  • Strong communication and good customer relation skills are required as well as being able to multi-task.
