Job Description

 

You make patient care and customer service your top priority.

The Hospitalizations Coordinator plays a critical role in our mission as you will interact on the phone with patients and their families as well as hospital staff to promote continuity of care for our patients.  This position also is a key proponent in helping to build a strong rapport with community referral sources.

Your strong communication and good customer relation skills are required as well as being able to multi-task. This position requires to be on the phone a majority of the day therefore excellent phone etiquette is a must.  Health care background is preferred.

Job Requirements

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Panama Schedule!  (Rotating 12 hour shifts working 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off)
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required 
  • Strong communication and good customer relation skills are required as well as being able to multi-task.
  • This position requires to be on the phone a majority of the day therefore excellent phone etiquette is a must.
  • Health care background is preferred
